Hey guys, Bitcoin has been struggling for a while now, but there is some light in the tunnel right now. Here is the daily chart:

Comment: Bitcoin rose 5% today and we made a higher high and a higher low. In addition to that we also closed at the daily high and we crossed an important trendline. All these things are positive for the short term.

BUT, will we go down anyways? Im not so sure anymore, as a trader you have to adapt to the environment but what we want here is higher volume. Todays volume was lower than yesterday (Tuesday) so that was the only negative thing that happened today. We want the volume to pick up for the next couple of days in order to sustain this potential directional change.

The next goal here will be to have a daily close above 12800.

Monero barely moved during the week in terms of the closing price, but during the week we managed to get a higher high and a higher low. That is a bullish sign. Here is the weekly chart:

Comment: As you can see from the chart, we are inside a pennant formation and we could potentially stay inside of this formation for another two weeks. That is not the most likely scenario but if we want to continue on a bullish trajectory, we need a weekly close above the upper trendline at 440 or higher.

Overall, Im still bullish here and I want to end this analysis with a look at the daily chart:

Comment: Here we can see that we are still above the bollinger band median and as long as we are on that side, I will continue to be bullish.

Bitcoin closed 7% to the downside today. Here is the daily chart:

Comment: We formed a neutral or slightly negative candlestick for the day, but we managed to close above the bollinger band median.

In addition to this we also have a supporting trendline that we need to hold in order to charge higher to the upside from here.

Overall, we retraced about 60% of this latest move to the upside. We went from 12K to 17k and then back to 14k earlier today. That is not an uncommon move, but a little bit further down than what I expected.

Anyways, that is the latest on Bitcoin, and remember that it is the closing price that matters, it could be volatile during the day, but watch closely where we will close the day.

Bitcoin looked very good during most of the day, but it did fall back a bit during the last hours and basically ended up unchanged or just barely in the green. Here is the daily chart:

Comment: The good news today is that we made a higher high and a higher low compared to the previous day. The negative part is that the volume decreased and that we couldnt close near the daily high.

One other good thing is that the stochastics is now rising again but we could still head south again and if that were the case, I would say that the first support level is at 8500.

Now, to the upside we are looking at first 12600 and then 13200. Those are the nearest resistance levels.

Finally, I am a little bit more bullish here than bearish, but the bulls need to step up here and follow through here with a good day on Friday.

Monday was looking fine all day, and Bitcoin was up 5% at most but then all of a sudden it dropped during the last hour of trading. This could be negative, but lets have a look at the daily chart here:

Comment: As you can see, we formed a hanging man today, nothing extraordinary, but if we will have a daily close below the supporting trendline, that would be negative and that level is at 13300 or so. Now, lets have a look at the hourly chart as well:

Comment: Here we can see that Bitcoin started to fall 2 hours ago and the volume picked up as well. It has continued into Tuesday, but it has also recovered a bit so we dont know yet how this will unfold.

But if you watch the video, I am showing you that Bitcoin today reached 20 on the Stochastics for the first time since September. That is extraordinary. Potentially this could be good and mean that we would get a solid foundation, but the worst case scenario could be that we could get a close below the important trendline and break out to the downside.

That is the latest on Bitcoin, lets hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

Cardano was basically unchanged against Bitcoin and it also did form a nice looking hammer for the day. Here is the daily chart:

Comment: Now, we also closed above both the bollinger band median (red line) and the 20 day moving average (blue line). However, we are still below the descending trendline as you can see in the chart. But, if you are an investor of Cardano, this could be a good time to accumulate some more.

Im not saying that this is a trade setup since we havent crossed the trendline but I am just throwing it out there as an idea.

I just had a look at Salt and I do like what I see here. We have formed a double hammer and slightly closed above one trendline. Here is the daily chart:

Comment: We can also see that we have almost touched 20 on the stochastics and that is another positive sign. Now, we do have the upper trendline as our next resistance level and we would like to have a daily close above that one at 80000 satoshi. The next target would be the bollinger band median at 85000 satoshi.

This could be a good trade setup, but it could obviously fail, so you always need an exit plan and that would be to get out below todays low at around 64000 satoshi.

As always, we must watch what is going on with Bitcoin since the correlation is super strong and I will do a Bitcoin analysis in just a moment.

Finally, I do own Salt for the long term and this is definately a good time to accumulate some more, not just a regular trade.

Populous is one of my favorites, and it had a good day today, it rose 10% and here is the daily chart:

Comment: Today we managed to close above the bollinger band median and we formed a pretty bullish candlestick for the day. We also closed above the trendline you can see in the chart which is another positive sign.

Now, the next target here is a daily close above 39000 satoshi, that would be really bullish. If we will do that, I do see a lot of potential to the upside, at least 80000 satoshi.

But, of course, you have to have an exit strategy if you are interested in trading Populous. In this case I would set 30000 satoshi as a limit. And of course, keep an eye on Bitcoin, we all know that the correlation is super strong.

We did get a another negative day for Bitcoin. We could not hold the supporting trendline and we also closed below the bollinger band median as you can see from this daily chart:

Comment: We also formed a negative candlestick. Now, what about other support areas to the downside? The first one Im looking at is the 50 day moving average (black moving line) and the second support area is around 13000 which is right at the long term supporting trendline. Therefore, watch out for these areas.

Now, what about the upside? There is a lot of resistance, we are below both the 20 day moving average, bollinger band median and the nearest trendline. But if we could close above 15500 then I would get more bullish.

Bitcoin was unchanged today but did move around quite a bit anyways. It went briefly below 10000 and then up to 11200 but fell back at the end to 10850. Here is the daily chart:

Comment: So, today we formed a doji sign and that could be interpreted as a reversal sign but then it needs a confirmation in the right direction. Therefore, Bitcoin needs to cross the descending trendline seen in the chart and we are right at this trendline right now. So it is an absolute must to go above that one before we can be sure of a move to the upside.

However, I do think that it is still more likely that we will move south again since we have not found solid support. Now, that must not need to happen but these are the nearest support levels:

Support 1: 8600

Support 2: 7500

Ethereum is on a roll at the moment. We ended this week up 19% and this could definately continue even higher and hopefully with an increase in volume. Lets look at the weekly chart:

Comment: During the week, we went all the way up to 1600 but then we retreated a bit and closed 1358. Now, the only negative I can see here is that the candlestick did not close near the top, so potentially that could mean that it has been exhausted, but what you should look for here is a potential close below the ascending trendline and that would be below 1200.

Otherwise, Ethereum could continue to charge higher and it is now way ahead of the bankster coin Ripple, which is some great news. Have a look:

It was a negative day for Bitcoin today, it ended down 7% but it was down at 10020 at most or 13,3%. So, the good news is that we did not close near the daily low. Here is the daily chart:

Comment: Today we closed at 10800 and that is the lowest daily close since back in November of 2017. That is obviously negative unless we hit a bottom today. However, I dont think we did that since there isnt really any good support in this area.

Therefore, Im still of the opinion that we will continue going down here. We might first go up to 11200 before we reach a resistance level but head south again.

The stochastics is also pointing lower again. It is right now at 28 and it is likely that it will go down to the 20 area again.

Finally, could I be wrong here? Absolutely, and if I am, then we need to take out yesterdays high at 11800 and preferrably have a daily close above that price level or near it in order to show a directional change here.

Comment: Verge went up 9% today and closed above the important bollinger band median. We might retest the supporting trendline during the day again, but as long as we have a daily close above the median we should be fine.

The next target is the upper trendline around 1400 Satoshi but we might get up there and back again, and then up, but at least you are in at this time, if that were not to happen.

I just went through my Watchlist on Tradingview and the only one I found that looked decent was Vericoin. I will show you what I mean, here is the daily chart:

Comment: Today we did touch a long term supporting trendline and the stochastics is also very low at the moment, in fact below 20 so that could indicate that we are oversold.

Now, this could definately fall even more, down to the 200 day moving average (yellow line) BUT, I dont see much downside here from where we are now and I wouldnt see this as a trade either, more like accumulating for the long term.

Finally, what is attractive with Vericoin here is that we recently took out the old high from June of last year (watch video for more info on this) and that means that the next step here for Vericoin will be to take out the ATH all the way back from 2014.

Bitcoin had a pretty good day today, it went up 4% and closed near the daily high. Here is the daily chart:

Now, what was even more important was that we finally closed above the trendline we have been trying to penetrate since the beginning of January.

The only bad thing for the day was the volume, it was pretty low, so nothing to brag about there.

Now, tomorrow is the last day of the week and it is important that we will get a close above 11558 which is the price we opened the week at. We definitely need a green week in order to hope for a directional change.

I do like this setup here. Monacoin rose 9% today against Bitcoin and at one point during the day Monacoin was above the bollinger band median. Here is the daily chart:

Comment: You can see that we finally broke out from the stand still formation we had for 4 days and whats even better is that the volume picked up as well.

Now, we want a daily close above 65000 satoshi in order to be confortable following along here to the upside so that is the nearest target.

Otherwise, I want you to pay attention to Bitcoin here, since it looked good all day untill the last hour when it went into negative numbers. So, if Bitcoin were to continue to drop tomorrow, Monacoin could tag along.

In terms of stop/loss or when to get out if this fails, that would be anything below 53000 satoshi.

We have another nice setup today and that is for Golem. It broke out today from its descending trendline. Here is the daily chart:

Comment: As you can see from the charts, Golem is now clearly above the bollinger band median and we also had a breakout on the stochastics. We can also see that the volume picked up, much higher than the earlier days so most things are looking good here.

In order to get a confirmation sign here is a daily close above the 200 day moving average (yellow line). We actually touched that earlier today, but hopefully we can climb above it tomorrow (Tuesday).

Now, in terms of stop/loss I would keep an eye of the price if it falls below the bollinger band median at 6500 satoshi.

Finally, I want to warn about Bitcoin, it fell quite a bit during the last hour of trading on Monday and if Bitcoin will continue to fall it could impact alts such as Golem. Therefore, look out for a potential big drop for Bitcoin.

Comment: There are a lot of positive things going on here. The volume did pick up today and we have also crossed 2 important trendlines as you can see from the chart.

The only negative thing here is that we did not close at the high of the day.

My first target to the upside is 24000 satoshi and I would set an exit price at around 15000 satoshi.

And as always, watch Bitcoin, today we got a fairly neutral to bullish candlestick.

Comment: We ended the day with a very nice bullish candlestick and whats even better is that we finally managed to get that close above the last peak at 16100. That is what we needed.

Now, we might take a breather today and get back to the support zone at 16000 since we moved up so much in one day. But I do think that Sunday will be a good day, since that is the last day of the week and we have such great momentum here so I would be suprised if we did not end the week on a good note.

Now, the next leg up will most likely go to 20000 and I dont see much resistance above 17000, it should be a smooth ride once we head up there.

We had one helluva roller coaster today for Bitcoin, I think we were down at least 16% at most but then we managed to get some buyers coming in and we closed the at about 2% down. Here is the daily chart:

Comment: The low of the day was 9222 (Bitstamp) and that was a little bit lower than the minor support level at 10000. We could continue to fall here and I am looking at 2 support levels and those are 8300 which is the weekly support trendline and then the worst case scenario, 7500 which is the 62% fibonacci retracement level.

However, we did touch the bollinger band median on the weekly chart today so perhaps that could be enough for this pullback. We will have to see.

If we are looking at the upside, Im going for 13600 as the first target and there isnt really that much of resistance until we reach that level so that could be a quick journey.
