A beginner level Pilates exercise used to work the upper and lower abdominal muscles and practice correct head placement.
Exercise Visualisation:
Imagine a small orange between the chin and the chest.
Exercise Watch Points:
Keep head, neck and shoulders relaxed. Elbows stay wide. Try to keep the tension in the inner thighs and and abdominals. Check the gap between chin and chest at the top of the movement. Eyes look over the top of the knees.
